Business Resilience Program - A Joint Initiative
The Logan Chamber of Commerce is proud to launch the Business Resilience Program, supporting local small businesses to better prepare for, respond to and recover from natural disasters and other major disruptions. This initiative is jointly funded by the Australian Government and Queensland Government under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA).
Through this program, Logan businesses will have access to practical, hands-on support including workshops, locally tailored resources, and guidance on continuity planning, crisis communication and recovery processes. The aim is to help businesses reduce downtime, protect operations, and build lasting confidence in managing disruptions.
Beginning in March, the Chamber will host a series of small business disaster preparedness and resilience workshops, delivered by Articulous — a specialist facilitator that has delivered more than 50 disaster and crisis workshops across Queensland and developed Australia’s first Small Business Disaster Hub.
The new Business Resilience page provides details on upcoming workshops, links to government support, toolkits, and ongoing project updates. As the program progresses, we will also share stories and insights from Logan businesses taking part.
We encourage all local businesses to explore the resources available and take proactive steps to strengthen their resilience.
